I'M BACK!

Hello ! I have been away for a while but I am back now to post again !

As you can see from my ticker I have made what I believe is a major change in my weight !

I'd like to pass along these easy tips.

  • a great snack are freeze pops sugar free, the serving size I believe are two pops. We're talking calories and carbs you can count on one hand. They taste sweet, cool, and take a while to eat. They are also cheap. They won't make you healthy but they are satisfying.
  • Serve yourself your meals on a dessert plate. This helps you cut your portions without making it look like you are skimping.
  • Use chopsticks to eat with. Most of us eat slower that way, giving your body time to tell you it's full.
  • If you are that out of control try eating in front of a mirror and see what a sight you are eating fast and stuffing huge fork fulls into your mouth.
  • Make sure that you drink a full glass of water about twenty minutes before the meal.
  • stay away from the salt. I know how hard that can be, but trust me you will get used to it in just a few days. Salt, among other things retains water in your body and also can make you feel more hungry than you really are.
  • realize that this is not a diet to loose weight just to get to your goal but rather the way you will eat for the rest of your life.
