Friends and Family

     By now you should have told people that you are trying to loose weight and they may offer you their own suggestions as to how you might accomplish this. Listen politely but tell them you have your own plan if you wish.

     You may want to invite them to eat with you. This is for your own incentive because you don't want them to think bad of you so you may be more likely to follow your plan. You may also want to let people know that calling you names and criticizing hurts and doesn't help you to stick to your diet. You need them to cheer you on. Good Luck!
