It's great that we have so many little tips and tricks to help us lose weight. We try to fool our bodies into thinking we're full, or we try to fool our minds with using small plates instead of the larger ones. Or we substitute foods so we think we're eating noodles when it's really squash.
The truth of the matter is if we are ready to shed pounds and really want to we would simply eat less. The search for a great diet is a search for a way to continue to eat large portions of great tasting foods.
Either you are ready or your not, and if you're not find out why. If you really want something you usually find a way to get it, and dieting and weight loss are no exceptions.
