LOW CARB VS. LOW FAT

We used to be concerned about how much fat we were eating, and when we wanted to loose weight we would target fat as the culprit. Now however, that has changed and the experts who track these types of things are telling us that people who follow low carb diets loose more weight and loose it faster than people who are on low fat diets. They further tell us that they believe the low carb dieters tend to keep the pounds off better than the low fat eaters.

Just remember that your body does need some carbs to maintain health and brain function, and that there are good and bad fats.

With a little information and some self disipline and control you can reach your diet goals!
