Wanting

     I've written about this before but I'll keep writing about it because it is the.most important aspect to losing weight. You've got to really want it. Of course we all think we want it but there's a difference between wanting it and really wanting it.

     Think of it this way. If you really wanted it you'd have it. There should be no struggle no temptation to overeat. If you really wanted it you'd just do it.

     You'd follow a sensible eating plan, exercise, and just lose the weight. It really is just that simple. Think about it.
