I believe the most important thing to remember this holiday season is to watch your portions. If you stuff yourself you'll feel bad afterward both emotionally and physically. Stuffing yourself at just one meal can put you back on the road to weight gain instead of weight loss.
Keep the "now or never" mindset. It's not OK to stuff yourself now and New Year's is not a diet.
