     The other shopping extreme is to buy an abundance of food you like. For instance if you love sweets, fill your kitchen with cake, cookies, ice cream, etc. I find for me I don't have to rush to stuff my face because I know it's there and for some reason I tend not to binge. This tip may not be healthy, but if it helps to curb your cravings, it will also help you to lose weight.
