A REASON NOT TO DRINK WITH MEALS

By drink I'm talking about tea, coffee, and red wine. I did not know this, but apparently, if you drink tea within an hour of having a meal it will block iron absorption by 65% to 97%. Coffee and red wine will block about 39% of iron. However if you have the coffee within an hour before you eat the meal, it shouldn't have an effect at all. Interesting.
