I believe I did a post on these a long time ago but thinking about flavor satisfaction got me to give these another look.
They are Hoodia Power Pops. They contain 28 calories, 4 grams carbs, and 2 grams sugar. They are made of 5 herbs and Hoodia. You suck on one while having a glass of water about 20 minutes before each meal. They are supposed to make you feel full, suppress your appetite, and break down fat cells. The water is supposed to flush out the fat.
They say you should consult your doctor before using these if you have diabetes, thyroid disease, or certain other conditions.
I can't tell you if these work or even if they taste good, but it's something to consider.
