ENJOY CREAMY SUMMER SALADS


You can still enjoy creamy summer salads while loosing weight. The bulk of calories usually comes from mayonnaise in certain salads like macaroni and potato. It's very easy to cut more than half those calories out by using a low fat mayonnaise cut with low fat sour cream. The salad will still be creamy and delicious and if it's full flavor your after all you have to do is add more and varied vegetables. They will give the salads extra eye appeal, and flavor, not to mention added crunch and fiber that will leave you feeling satisfied.
