The Flat Belly Diet from Prevention

     I have chosen to go on the Flat Belly Diet. I am blogging about it for Prevention Magazine along with other writers who also have their own blogs on Prevention. I just got the book in the mail and am in the process of preparing to start the program in about two weeks. I've already got some great posts on weight there so visit me often and see my progress or failure. This could be just the weight management program we've all been looking for.

The Most Important Part of Your Diet

     You have a choice in weight loss. You can opt for either just losing weight, or you can lose weight and be healthy. To lose weight eat less. To be healthy eat less, and move. Studies have shown that even people that are not overweight are in health danger if they don't keep moving.

     So walk, run, jog, jump, skip, bike, row, clean, climb, swim, do whatever you like to do but move for good looks and great health. Happy Move Year!
