Don't be afraid to cheat on your diet every once in a while. Just keep in mind that you will have a small to normal portion of what your cheating food is and not over do it. Also, you may want to eat a little less other food that day and/or increase your exercises. If you've got those cravings and always deny yourself they could just build up inside you and you may end up gorging .
