LUNCH IDEA

I had a great idea for a quick and filling lunch, kind of a variation on a sandwich with much less carbs.


Start with whatever salad you like, for instance tuna, chicken, turkey, ham, or egg, and put all the ingredients in a blender. I have a Bullet and I love it. The point is to make this salad into a dip consistency. Then, instead of using bread, I happened to have a bag of organic blue corn tortilla chips which were only 18 carbs for a single serving of 18 chips. I believe the calories were 150 for that serving.


It was quick, fun to eat, and most importantly filling!
