I have lately been coming to the unpleasant conclusion that it matters very much what we put into our bodies. I'm even starting to believe with all these studies that most diseases stem from the type of foods we eat. I believe that a diet consisting of mainly fruits and vegetables will ensure a long and healthy life, and that even they should be eaten in limited portions and quantities and only when you are hungry. No sauces, no seasonings, and only semi-cooked.
Read this article. It says that there is strong evidence that obesity can cause cancer. It furthermore says that other things thought to lead to cancer are red meat, processed meat, and alcohol.
