I stumbled onto this site called Mealographer and although I've joined other similar sites, this is the most user friendly I've seen.
You can set your diet goals and enter foods you've eaten and get information on the calories and nutritional values.
I like it because you can preplan a meal and get the information and then further tailor the meal if you need to.

It seems a good idea but even trying to get one meal in their I ran into issues with alot of the brands I use not being in the database. Without a way of adding foods and the nutrition information its not very useful. At least to me.
