I have discovered a bread that many of you may already eat, but for those of you who haven't tried or even heard of it, I will give you my opinion.
I have tried a few lo-carb breads before and I just can't eat them. Not only is the taste off, but the consistency is all wrong. Eating them made me think I was eating a sponge. Yuk!
This bread is called Healthy Living Wheat Bread and the taste and consistency you expect from bread is there. Even better it's sugarless and sweetened with Splenda.
I compared the nutritional value of a good white bread with this Healthy Living Wheat and here's what I found.

calories 40 /70
total fat .5g /1g
carbs 7g /13g
fiber 1.5g / 0g
sugar 0g / 2g
protein 2.5g / 2g
trans fats 0g / 0g
I think I'm going to stick with the Healthy Living Wheat Bread as part of my daily diet. How about you?
