A DIABETIC DIET ?

It might never occur to some of you if you're not yet a diabetic, to follow a diabetic diet plan. It does seem rather silly doesn't it? Or does it?

If you are truly overweight chances are good that you will eventually develop diabetes. In fact you may already be pre-diabetic and the time to loose the weight and maintain good blood sugar levels is now, before it's too late.
