I am proud to say I have lost 63 pounds since February! This is not even half yet of what I needed to loose, but it's a good start! I've done it using the techniques and tools I've written about on this blog.
Just a note here about loose skin. One way to help avoid this is to loose slowly. Up to two pounds a week is fast enough. Time passes quickly and so will the pounds.
I did come across a site that says you don't have to worry about hanging skin after loosing if you exercise. They say that the skin will adhere to the muscle you're building. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but wouldn't it be great!
