My daughter had my first grandchild on October 1st. He was born happy and healthy, 18 inches long, 5lbs. and 5 oz. Her labor only last about 5 hours and I was in the room to see him come into the world. She walked a lot and ate right while pregnant, hence the quick labor I believe.
She was worried about eating too much towards the end and now is walking again and limiting her portions and she is already looking like she's never been pregnant.
She's determined and that's the diet secret, and it's paying off for her.
