I know it sounds weird to train for a new diet but I think it's the only thing that works. With any diet you go on it has to be something that will become your habit every day for the rest of your life. It must become a habit.
I just got my shipment of groceries and although I did order some goodies, I was also mindful of ordering healthier foods. For instance I got ham and chicken lunch meats, but they are low sodium. I tried to stick to lean poultry and low-fat dairy. I'm very fond of those frozen vegetables that you cook in the microwave called steamers, they are very tasty and good quality. Special K cereal had a sale of 4 boxes for ten bucks, so I got 4 different flavors and some skim milk. I had the chocolate one this morning and it was great. I sliced up half a meduim banana into it and followed it with half an english muffin. It tasted really good, filled me up also because I ate slower and is definately something I could do every morning. I am however going to alternate this breakfast with one of oatmeal, and one of eggs. Just remember, portion control, and slower eating.
